I drink it everyday at home and it is laughably better than the coffee beans others bring for the drip coffee at work. At home, I use the Uprising beans to make espresso and i drink it straight up as a double shot or as an oatmilk latte. Don't know how but my wife found Apocalypse Coffee and got me a bunch for Xmas. I loved it and now I buy it as my regular coffee. It's hard to find good organic coffee and Apocalypse is great coffee that also happens to be organic. Highly recommended!

The coffee is always freshly roasted. I make it strong and it is smooth and not bitter. Works well for both pour over and espresso.
